DeAnne has been actively involved in issues related to ADA compliance for over 20 years. Holding an M.Ed. in Education Administration and Supervision, she has written and conducted training programs to meet the specialized needs of employers and public entities regarding all aspects of the ADA. As an ADA consultant, she surveys buildings, housing units, and outdoor facilities for ADA compliance and prepares detailed reports to satisfy DOJ settlement agreements and to advise clients on the most efficient ways for them to bring their facilities into full ADA compliance. She has received specialized training in ADA Accessibility Guidelines, Fair Housing, and Accessible Rights of Way. As President and CEO of ADC, Inc., DeAnne meets with clients to identify their needs, and serves as project coordinator for ADC staff.
