New Construction
- Review plans for ADA compliance
- Review revised plans if ADA issues were identified in the initial plans review
- Meet with project manager, architects, engineers, contractors to discuss the ADA requirements for the project
- Perform an ADA audit of the new construction
- Prepare a written report showing ADA areas of noncompliance
- Issue a final completion report when all ADA work is compliant
Existing Facilities
- Meet with project manager, architects, engineers, contractors to discuss the ADA elements for the scope of the project
- Walk through the facility with all to identify possible ADA issues
- Perform a ADA audit of the facility based on the scope of the project
- Prepare a written report showing existing ADA areas of noncompliance
- Recommend the most cost-efficient modifications that can bring the facility into compliance with the ADA
- Review plans to address the ADA corrections needed and any additional designs for renovations and/or new construction
- Inspect renovations upon completion for ADA compliance.
