DEANNE GAMMON

President/CEO, Lead Consultant

DeAnne has been actively involved in issues related to ADA compliance for over 20 years. Holding an M.Ed. in Education Administration and Supervision, she has written and conducted training programs to meet the specialized needs of employers and public entities regarding all aspects of the ADA. As an ADA consultant, she surveys buildings, housing units, and outdoor facilities for ADA compliance and prepares detailed reports to satisfy DOJ settlement agreements and to advise clients on the most efficient ways for them to bring their facilities into full ADA compliance. She has received specialized training in ADA Accessibility Guidelines, Fair Housing, and Accessible Rights of Way. As President and CEO of ADC, Inc., DeAnne meets with clients to identify their needs, and serves as project coordinator for ADC staff.

RICK CONDREY

Rick Condrey has been a consultant with ADC since 2010 having received training at ADA National Symposiums in Jacksonville, FL and Chicago, IL. Rick specializes in ADA facility surveys and signage.

JOHN COVEY

Plans Review Consultant

John joined ADC, Inc. in 2005 as a Plans Reviewer and Consultant after having served as the Engineering Division ADA Curb Ramp Coordinator for the City of Memphis for 9 years. He is an expert in ADA, UFAS, ABA, and Section 504 Housing Regulations, having worked with city attorneys, developers, engineers, architects, and contractors regarding ADA regulations and technical compliance.

RUSSELL GAMMON

Facility Review Consultant

Russell has 12 years experience with technical service and ADA compliance. He holds certification in Architectural Engineering Fundamentals from STCC, and has received training on Accessible Rights of Way, ADA Accessibility Guidelines, Fair Housing, and Facilities Compliance. He has also received specialized training from the U.S. Access Board at the National ADA Symposium of The Great Plans ADA Center, and training in the Fair Housing Act Accessibility Requirements from the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development.
